Sponsor Benefit Details
Conference Registrations
Each level of sponsorship includes a certain number of conference registrations. All sponsor representatives must register for the conference. Registration includes access to all plenary and breakout sessions, as well as all meals served during the conference.
Booth Space
Each sponsorship level includes booth space in the main thoroughfare of the conference venue. The booth set-up includes an 8-foot skirted table, two chairs, and access to power.
Acknowledgement in Plenary Session
All sponsorship levels include an acknowledgement of the sponsoring company during lunch on day one of the conference.
Company Logo on CAC Site
All sponsorship levels include the company logo placed on the CAC website between May 12 and November 13, 2025.
Priority Booth Selection
Gold sponsorship includes a premium booth space at the conference venue, located near the main ballroom.
Network Reception Sponsorship Signage
Gold sponsorship includes sponsor signage during the networking reception in the afternoon of day two of the conference.
Breakfast and Lunch Sponsorship Signage
Gold sponsorship includes sponsor signage during conference meals.
All-Day Coffee Sponsorship Signage
Silver sponsorship includes sponsor signage at the all-day coffee stations offered during the conference.
À La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities
Limited à la carte sponsorship opportunities are also available as stand-alone items or sponsorship add-ons, including those of contest prizes, CAC Wellness Room items, and photo booth items. No booth space will be provided for these options alone. If you’re interested in learning more or sponsoring an item, or another aspect of the conference, please contact Melissa Stockbridge at mstockbridge@scoe.net to discuss.
Sponsors of prizes, wellness room, or photo booth will have their company logo associated with these items. Sponsors will be responsible for delivering prizes, wellness room items, or photo booth items directly to the Sacramento County Office of Education.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the deadline to register as a sponsor?
Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to register for any available sponsorship spots is September 25, 2026.
How do I pay for the sponsorship?
Once you express your desire to become a CAC sponsor, you will be provided with a link to registration. You may pay the sponsorship fee via credit card during registration or via check once you have registered.
Please note that no booth space will be assigned, and no attendee contact lists will be released to sponsoring organizations until sponsorship payments are received by SCOE.
When will I receive the attendee email list?
The attendee email list will be shared with sponsors by October 12, 2026, as long as sponsorship fees have been received by SCOE. Otherwise, the list will be shared with sponsors upon SCOE receiving outstanding sponsorship fees.
